This page explains the inquiry information used to discuss and coordinate your sourcing request.
Information you choose to share
Your name, contact details, company information, destination and project specifications help us review your request and reply. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
How the inquiry form works
When you submit the form, the name, e-mail address, buyer type, destination, product category, delivery preferences and the requirements you write are sent over an encrypted connection to our server and delivered to our mailbox at info@ansourcing.com.cn. The e-mail address you enter is used as the reply address so that we can answer you. Attachments are not uploaded: drawings, BOQs or photos are sent by e-mail or WhatsApp. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the page keeps your message on screen and offers WhatsApp and e-mail options. We do not save the form contents in browser storage.
Procurement coordination
Where needed to prepare a quotation, relevant product specifications may be discussed with potential suppliers. Tell us about confidentiality requirements before sending sensitive drawings. We will clarify any proposed procurement assignment before proceeding.
