Yes. We welcome personal renovation and whole-house sourcing inquiries as well as business orders. Supplier minimum quantities and customization requirements vary.
Can you source from my drawings or materials list?
Yes. Share your BOQ, door schedule, drawings or reference images. We will review the specifications and clarify missing details before seeking quotations.
Do you offer FOB, CIF and DDP?
These delivery options can be discussed for your order. Availability and exact inclusions depend on the destination, product and shipment. See our shipping page for details.
Is the agency fee added to a direct quotation?
These are alternative buying models. Any separate service charge must be stated in the quotation or agreement; do not assume both are charged.
